Bia Luna

Bia is an Earth Medicine Facilitator, Ceremonialist, Somatic Coach, and Mama to twin daughters. She currently leads women’s medicine retreats in Northern California and supports her clients with ongoing integration, microdose guidance, and trauma-informed somatic coaching sessions. She also holds Sound Ceremonies and workshops throughout the Bay Area. She is passionate about supporting parents, those in recovery from addictions, and anyone healing trauma and returning to safety within their being.

Bia believes that acceptance is the greatest tool for transformation and is committed to helping clients feel safe in their bodies and develop the skills to heal the subconscious patterns that hold them back. Everyone holds the innate ability to heal themselves, and Bia believes this medicine can support us in coming home to this truth. She has harnessed the support of these medicines in her own life to heal trauma, recover from addiction, and reclaim more empowering narratives.

She weaves together her training as a 3x certified trauma-informed somatic coach, Reiki 2 certification, DTI doula certification, neuroscience & psychedelic education, and experience gained from 13 years on the medicine path to create safe, nurturing, and transformative spaces where her clients can feel safe to show up fully and be celebrated for who they are.
